4. Possible side effects
Like all good medicines, PharmaFlow can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

- Staff seeing only the screens their job needs.

- Online orders waiting for you when you open in the morning.

- Finding an expired box at the back of the shelf. If this happens, check your return suggestions. It was on there.

5. How to store PharmaFlow
How your pharmacy’s data is kept, in plain words.
- Keep out of reach of other pharmacies.
- Each pharmacy is its own account. Your products, sales, customers and staff are only ever read inside your organisation.
- One person, one session.
- Signing in on a new device signs the old one out. Staff who are switched off, or an account that is suspended, are signed out at once.
- Roles decide what staff can open.
- Counter, warehouse, manager and admin each see their own part of the system.
- Online payments are checked.
- Payment confirmations are signature-checked before an order is marked paid, and a paid order is never marked unpaid again.
- Prescription medicines stay off the web.
- Your online store only lists items that don’t need a prescription.

How does the free trial work?
Basic and Pro start with 14 days free, Enterprise with 30. The Free plan has no time limit (up to 2 staff logins, up to 200 products). You don’t need a card to start, and your data stays when you move to a paid plan.
Do I need to install anything?
No. PharmaFlow runs in the browser, so the counter PC, a laptop or a tablet all work. Receipts print from the browser to your receipt printer.
Can I bring in my current product list?
Yes. Paste it in from a spreadsheet with names, batch numbers, expiry dates, prices and quantities, and you can sell from it the same day.
How does batch and expiry tracking work?
Stock is held batch by batch, each with its own expiry date. At the counter and online, the batch that expires first is sold first. Anything within 60 days of expiry shows up in your return suggestions, grouped by supplier.
Does the online store sell prescription medicines?
No. Items marked as needing a prescription never appear on your online store. It only lists what you have in stock that can be sold over the counter.
How do my customers pay, and how do orders reach them?
Customers can pay cash on delivery or in the shop, or online where online payment has been switched on (JazzCash today). You deliver with your own rider or book a courier pickup from the order (PostEx today), and customers follow their order with their phone number.
Can my supplier use PharmaFlow too?
Yes. Distributors get their own account with their catalogue, prices, incoming orders and returns. You send a connection request, they approve it, and then you can order from them inside PharmaFlow.
Can staff have different permissions?
Yes. Counter, warehouse, manager and admin roles each see their own part of the system. Your plan sets how many staff logins you can have.
Is my data kept separate from other pharmacies?
Yes. Every pharmacy is its own account, and your products, sales, customers and staff are only read inside it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you need to. Your products, sales and settings stay exactly as they are. Email us and we’ll switch it.
